Each hamper that is sold by Distinct Hampers has a full list of its contents and images.
All items featured on our website are subject to availability.
Orders will be despatched from December 9th 2014 & the last despatch date will be 18th December 2014.
Fresh food hampers will not be delivered on Monday as we cannot guarantee they will remain fresh in transit over the weekend.
We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE ORDER
Once your order has been placed, the summary order details will be displayed. You should print or save this page for your own records.
If, for any reason (*subject to our terms and conditions, stated below), any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Notification of cancellation must be in writing – letter, fax or email. Please see details below. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.

Distinct Hampers reserve the right to charge the Customer an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the Customer.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
We may send you promotional codes during the year for special offers and if you use us on a regular basis. You can only enter one promotional code per order.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers’ demands Distinct Hampers shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement caused by factors outside its control
The terms and conditions shall be in the accordance of the laws of England. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
We accept payment online by Mastercard, Visa or Debit card. Please fill in your card number, expiry date and 3 or 4 digit security code.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property Distinct Hampers Ltd. until they have been paid for in full.
For corporate samples they are charged at list price. Refundable upon return.
You can be confident that all the details you enter are fully protected once you enter ‘My Account’ with your email address and password, all your information in the Checkout and Payment area will be fully encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer security technology.
